Return Policy

If you have a problem we are here to help. Please know the rules and procedures though before placing an order or returning a product.

Climbing hardware, ropes, and accessories are non-returnable period. For liability purposes you can not return any climbing gear under any circumstances. All climbing gear sold to you is guaranteed to be brand new, in original packaging, and free from defect.

 

All returns need a "Return Authorization" before returning to us. We want to make sure that if for some mysterious reason you are not happy with a product and would like to return it that first we know that it is coming, why it is coming, and can let you know that we have received it once we get it. Products returned for cash back must be in brand new, resellable condition. Original tags must also be available and returned with product.

 

We do stand behind all products sold to you and want to make sure that you are happy with your product. We just want you to understand that in order to do a refund to you that the item must be in as good of condition when returned as it was when we sent it to you.

 

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless preapproved by us.
